The Egyptian organization monitoring results for the complementary election

EOHR monitored the complementary election occurred at El Maniel and El Zawia El Hamera constituencies .The first constituency was on people's assembly seat after the demission of Shahinaz El Nagar,member of people's assembly ,while the other was on the empty seat after the death of the constituency member .
EOHR monitored many violations since the opening date of the candidacy from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm such as unanimous voting for the benefit of National Party (NP)and independent candidates in most of committees where election occurred and the break out of in kind and financial briberies on voters .Also the committees were closed by security forces before voters and preventing civil society observers to monitor the election at El Manial El Tagribia school ,besides phosphorous ink was not used and the lack of curtains at committees .The phenomena of counterfeiting ballots returned back as a result of the absence of judiciary observation . It was noticed that the hot competition was at El Manial constituency rather than El Zawia El Hamera.

The observers monitored Microbus cars No.32218 Qaliobia cab -150360 Cairo cab -153308 Ciro cab -107242 Giza cab Transferring women to vote for the independent candidate at El Mahad El Amy school committee No.86-96 while Microbus cars No.151468 Cairo cab -101425 Giza cab 107913 Giza cab collecting voters to elect for National Party (NP)candidate .
El Ashraf primary school witnessed Microbus cars No.150967,150095,150027 Cairo cab and 30917Qliobia cab unanimous transfer of voters to vote for the sake of National Party candidate .As for El Zawia El Hamera constituency , EOHR monitored A Microbus No.118482 Cairo cab transfer voters to vote for the interest of NP candidate BEFORE Abdel Aziz Gawish committees No .181-192)
Election briberies
EOHR observers noticed that there is a compete to bribe voters to cast their votes for NP candidate and independent candidate as follows:
EOHR monitored election briberies ranging from 100 L.E to 150 , 150LE to vote for the interest of NP candidate and 100 L.E to vote for independent candidate at El Malek El Saleh secondary school ,El Manial El Tagribia school and Abou El Saad school committees No.97-105.
EOHR monitored in kind bribery including juices and Paté distributed by a taxi cab No. 51543 to voters to vote for independent candidate at women committee at Technical Commercial institution school .
Also EOHR monitored a private car No. 96894 distribute briberies for the interests for NP candidates at El Ashraf primary school and Belal primary school.
Closing committees before voters
EOHR monitored the closure of Abou El Soad youth center before voters at El Mania constituency , also El Ashraf primary school was closed till 12 pm ,and no one was allowed to enter except for NP delegates .
EOHR detected one of NP delegates incited voters to poll for NP candidate before the committee chairman at El Malek El Saleh secondary school committee No. 81.
The lack of voters on Polls
EOHR monitored the lack of voters in committees no1-2-3 at Ahmed El Sayed school – El Manial constituency despite there were 993 songs at every constituency but no one cast his vote.
Counterfeiting the ballots of election
EOHR monitored the counterfeiting of ballots despite the absence of voters at El Manial El Tagribia Language school -committees No. (29-:34)
Violations inside constituencies:
EOHR monitored that voting didn't start till 10 :30 am at Cairo technical school (committees No. 14:19) besides , the absence of delegates at committee No.15 and the committee of Abou El Soad youth center .
It was noticed that the election didn't witness violence as there is a competition between NP candidate and Ms.Iman Bibers ,the independent candidate .
